TÜV Süd Industrie Service has now independently confirmed that the product family D-LX 100 fulfils the requirements for permanent operation up to SIL3. This high SIL level was obtained with a proof test interval of 15 years.

The SIL3 confirmation is valid for all detector variants of the product family - even for the D-LX 100 UL which has a UV-cell as detector. This makes the D-LX 100 UL the first and worldwide only flame monitor with UV-cell that has reached safety integrity level SIL3.
