D-ZL 441 Ex with IECEx approval
In addition to ATEX now also IECEx approved
The ATEX approved ignition lance for the use in hazardous areas, D-ZL 441 Ex, now also is type approved according to IECEx standards for Gas and Dust (IECEx IBE 12.008X).
The protection ratings are:
- II 2 G Ex d IIC T6, T5 and T4 Gb
- II 2 D Ex tb IIIC T 80, 95, and 130°C Db IP65
This approval allows the application of the devices in countries whose local regulations for potentially explosive areas follow the IECEx standards. Also a local certification can become considerably easier.
